What is Inoubli@ble?

Inoubli@ble offers personalized photo frames with a unique QR code. This QR code redirects to a presentation of a person's life, created from your photos, videos, texts and audios.

How does the QR code work?

The QR code integrated into the frame allows access to an interactive online presentation. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone to view the presentation.

What files do I need to provide to create my interactive frame?

You must send us the following items:

  • ✔ Photos
  • ✔ Texts or anecdotes
  • ✔ Videos or audios (optional)

We will guide you through collecting these items after you order.

What are the production and delivery times?

Creation of interactive frame : Within 5 working days after receipt of all necessary files.

Delivery : 2 to 3 working days via Colissimo after finalization.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Personalized products are neither cancellable nor returnable, in accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, except in the event of a defect or non-conformity.

What should I do if my frame is damaged upon delivery?

If the package arrives damaged:

  1. Refuse the package from the carrier.
  2. Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package.
    We will issue a replacement or refund.

Can I use an interactive frame for multiple people?

Each frame is designed to honor a unique person. If you wish to include multiple people, we recommend ordering separate frames.

Can I edit the content of my interactive frame after it has been created?

Yes, changes can be made, but additional fees may apply depending on the extent of the changes.

Do you ship internationally?

For the moment, we only deliver to mainland France (including Corsica).
